Ninki-Ichi Yuzu-Shu
Perfect as aperitif or digestif. Yuzu is a special citrus fruit (between citrus and grapefruit), aroma is sour-aromatic to slightly bitter.
The ultimate Yuzu-Shu is a perfect blend of the refreshing Shochu (japanese „wodka“) of Northeastern of Japan mixed with the juice of the yuzu fuit. Served on the rocks with ice or mixed in Cocktails.

NINKI-ICHI AWA SAKE SPARKLING
Junmai Daiginjo
This sparkling Junmai Daiginjo is new style of sparkling sake defined by Awa Sake Association. It takes twice as long as normal sake production.
First fermentation is in wooden barrel by low temperature and second fermentation is in the bottle. Segment is taken by freezing the bottle upside down. Further maturing period after low temperature pasteurisation.
Very clear, fine bubble and balanced semi-sweetness.
This product is completely new level of sake!
Recommened as starter or with dessert.
Served always chilled.

AMABUKI GINNOKURENAI ROSE
Amabuki Ginnokurenai Rose
This sake is a revolution in the taste and aroma of sake. The beautiful rosé colour comes from the use of ancient black rice. The flavour is lightly sweet and fruity, but it’s the colour that will really wow you. This is an ideal sake to serve for any celebration.
The sake made with yeast of the pink nadeshiko flower is reminiscent of pear and ripe. It’s also extremely well balanced. Enjoy cold in wine glass.
